Vulnerability and the importance of emotional wellbeing
In today's day and age, emotional wellbeing is a very important (if not the most important) aspect of our lives. Yet, it is considered somewhat taboo to display or show our emotions or talk about them openly. It's seen as a weakness to show any sign of vulnerability... Due to this, most people put up a facade and act as if their lives are all well put together... whereas in reality, most of us are silently suffering.
It's time we change this perspective. It's time to embrace our vulnerabilities. We must be brave enough to display our soft spot or weaknesses. We must be comfortable being vulnerable in our own skin. We must inspire others to be strong and be able to show their truest self. It is actually a sign of great courage and strength to be able to be your true unadulterated self.
